How can I return my order?
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Find more details in our Refund Policy
Processing your Refund:
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. Your credit card company may take 3-7 working days to credit your account.
Track My Order
Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is signed for at its final destination.
Cancelling an order
After completion of an order, it is not possible to cancel it due to our automated ordering process. You have the option, however, to return your order to us within 30 days of receipt (this does not apply to personalized and engraved items).
For the same reason, it is not possible to make a subsequent change of details to your order, for example, adding/removing an item or making a subsequent change/correction to the delivery address.
Can I exchange a defective or damaged item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com and provide details about the issue. We will assist you in the exchange process.
My Jewellery has tarnished, what can I do?
The tarnishing of silver is a normal and natural process. The jewellery absorbs skin particles, perfume, cosmetics, etc. and also oxidises over time due to the sulphur in our air. This causes the silver to turn in a brownish colour. This is a natural reaction (which occurs also in gold jewellery), which is not due to a lack of quality.
