The koi Fish is one of our authentic creations made with wood, metal and semiprecious stones.
Koi fish symbolism has gained strength over the centuries to encompass numerous positive qualities related to courage, overcoming adversity, the ability to attain the highest goals, and strong character.
The word "koi" comes from Japanese, simply meaning "carp". What are known as koi in English are referred to more specifically as nishikigoi in Japan (literally meaning "brocaded carp"). In Japanese, koi is a homophone for another word that means "affection" or "love"; koi are therefore symbols of love and friendship in Japan.
The body is made with Solid Sterling Silver and ebony wood.
The length of the Pendant is 7.7 cm with a maximum width of 2.8 cm. Two chains made of Stainless Steel silver plated are included with the Pendant. One of 28 inches and another of 18 inches.
